Edition 26.05
Cyber & Defence
PRE-LAUNCH
/ 01Capital · Cyber & Defence

Europe’s fastest innovation cycle, made institution-ready.

We bridge Ukraine’s operationally validated R&D with European capital, governance, and industrial scale — across defence, security, and dual-use technologies.

/ 02The integration corridor

From frontline validation to industrial scale.

A pathway built for institutional capital, linking Ukrainian frontline technology with European governance, industrial partners, and supply chains.

/ 01 — Source
Frontline validation
Ukraine-based founder, engineer, operator, and agency networks. Regular field-user feedback through permitted and documented channels.
/ 02 — Package
Institution-ready vehicle
Governance, reporting, compliance, and LP onboarding designed for institutional capital. Luxembourg fund architecture subject to final legal structuring.
/ 03 — Integrate
European industry pathways
Partnership opportunities across the European defence and dual-use ecosystem, including established manufacturers, specialist integrators, and commercial buyers.
/ 04 — Scale
Strategic scale & M&A
Exit pathways through industrial partnerships, strategic M&A, and dual-use commercial scale-out as European defence supply chains consolidate.
/ 03Strategic verticals

Three domains where defence demand and dual-use commercial markets converge.

We invest in resilient technologies, not conflict outcomes. The thesis is scenario-agnostic.

01 / Cognitive security
AI-driven cyber defence & information integrity.

Threat analytics, identity, situational awareness. Field-tested in one of the world's most contested electronic-warfare environments.
  • AI-driven threat detection
  • Identity & access integrity
  • Information-environment defence
02 / Autonomous systems
UAV, counter-UAV, sensor fusion, edge AI.

Innovation cycles compressed from years to weeks under contested networks and urgent demand. Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 7–9 and repeat field usage are baseline filters.
  • UAV / C-UAS platforms
  • Unmanned ground & maritime
  • Edge inference & mesh sensing
03 / Critical infrastructure
Resilient energy, communications, industrial durability.

Validated under sustained cyber and kinetic pressure on grids, networks, and supply chains. Direct read-through to European civilian deployment.
  • Grid & energy-system protection
  • Secure tactical communications
  • Industrial & logistics resilience
/ 04How we evaluate

Clear investment process. Explicit no-go criteria.

Every opportunity passes through the same filters. Frontline validation comes first; commercial scalability second; defensible IP third.

Must have

  • Validated frontline or operational usage — not lab-only.
  • Clear dual-use trajectory and European commercial readiness.
  • TRL 7–9, with documented repeat deployment.
  • Defensible IP and a credible founding team.
  • Path to European industrial integration within 18 months.

Will not invest

  • Lethal-decision autonomy without meaningful human control or human-in-the-loop safeguards.
  • Single-customer dependency without a credible second buyer.
  • Pre-validation R&D dressed as deployable product.
  • Hardware without a path to manufacturing scale-up.
  • Anything that does not pass formal export-control, sanctions, and dual-use review.
/ 05Team & architecture

Access, governance, and technical judgment — the Kyiv–Europe corridor.

Each stage of the value chain has a named lead, defined backup coverage, and an auditable decision path.
